Pin and Stretch

Pin and Stretch is a massage technique that targets muscle tension, adhesions, and restricted movement by combining two key actions:

  • pinning (holding) the muscle in a fixed position and then
  • stretching the muscle as it is held.

 

This method is especially effective for addressing areas of chronic muscle tightness, trigger points, and fascial restrictions.
