Tim works magic! I've been working out for over 15 years here with tight hips, IT band and anterior pelvic tilt issues. He has strong hands and gets into hard areas to release. Never felt better. Good dude!

I Google searched so many RMT and have been to quite a few but Tim by far is the best I've had. My shoulders and back was in soo much pain caused by my work. Pain to the point I had to take time off work. After 4 deep tissue treatment my back improved considerably. He is knowledgeable on all pressure points and areas to bring relief. Now I go for maintenance which is great. Thanks Tim!

I've tried many RMTs and Timothy is by far the best in town. If you want a deep, results-oriented massage, don't waste your money elsewhere! He also can do prenatal massage on request.

I was having some pain and tightness in my neck, shoulder and lower back. After my first appointment with Tim I have started feeling a lot better. He's so good with deep tissue massage techniques. He also helped me with some postural exercises to keep my lower back pain free. Thanks ????

This was my first massage in years, I had so much built up tension! Tim was amazing! He worked on all my problem areas and focused on working out the tension. I feel so much better since and can’t wait to come back!!!!

This was my first massage session since I started working out, and it couldn’t get any better. Tim is really an expert in finding out pain and releasing blood flow from sore muscles. If you workout I highly recommend Tim.

Tim was phenomenal, he helped me pinpoint where my pain was coming from and this was the best experience i’ve ever had. I was dealing with a lot more tightness and discomfort than i thought. It’s been two days since my appointment and i feel like an entirely new person. I’ll be back!

I have had a nagging constant knee pain24/7 for years and tried everything massage Chiro, acupuncture stretches and nothing helped. 1 visit with Tim and the pain was gone!! I was amazed and had the best sleep with no knee pain for the weeks to follow. I will continue to see him.

Timothy is by far the best RMT I have been to. I came in with diagnosed nerve compression issues causing loss of sleep and numb hands at work. The amount of improvement after one visit, let alone multiple over the past 2 months has been night and day… I can’t thank him enough!

I have been seeing Tim for over a year now. He has helped me a lot with my carpal tunnel and back pain that I experience day in and day out. I have been to many other massage places and they couldn't help me with my issues. I when to Tim for the first time and he helped relieved the tension on my lower back. Since then I have not gone anywhere else but Tim. I would recommend him to friends and co-workers.

Timothy St. John has really helped me with my back and all over body pain. I’m a new mom during covid and stress, breastfeeding and not being able to leave the house has created aches and pains. The pain left me unable to sleep well and made me feel extremely uncomfortable on a daily basis.Tim has given me the ability to enjoy a normal life through massage therapy. Without his technics and positive attitude I wouldn’t feel as relaxed as I do today. I recommend Timothy St. John to anyone who needs a deep tissue massage to relieve any pain, you won’t regret it.I was not paid for this review.

Tim is very knowledgeable, professional and shows genuine interest in treating your areas of concern. I had my first appointment with Tim earlier this week, and after my session I could already feel a big difference, my lower back, glutes and hamstrings did not feel as tight. Before the session and after explaining to him where the pain was and what it felt like, Tim explained what my issues were and what needed to be done to get me better. I am glad I decided to book an appointment with Tim and I am looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Tim if you are looking for good results.

Timothy is a knowledgeable massage therapist that truly cares about his practice and patients. Tim always knows how to find the area that I'm feeling pain and work with it so that I always leave feeling better then when I came in. Additionally, he displays his expertise by explaining the issue in a simple manner and provides at-home stretches to expediate the healing process.

I suffer from severe pain in my upper back, shoulder and neck due the nature of my work. I had seen several massage therapists before Tim and no one was able to provide me any real relief from pain. Tim was quite literally God sent. He has that healing touch. I have been seeing him for over 2 years and he always helps me feel so much better each time and helps reduce the pain. Strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a professional massage therapy who provides real results.

Tim is knowledgeable and professional throughout each massage session. He explains what is causing the problem for that body area i.e neck, back, feet and how he will treat it during the session. Tim is open to you asking questions about your body health and gives you solutions to do once leaving the clinic, for example, additional stretches.

Timothy is one of the only massage therapists that actually gives you results. After every appointment with him, I walk away feeling like a new person. When I had an ankle injury, he provided me with relief by massaging and stretching it to help me gain full mobility, whereas other therapists treated the area lightly and moved on, or not at all.

Tim and Jillyssa are really really great at what they do! It’s awesome to find massage therapists that can adjust pressure to your needs and they helped me with back and hip issues that have been bothering me for a while! 10/10 would recommend!

I had Jillyssa and she fixed my back as well as my ribs. I'm a body builder and I have extreamly tight muscles from lifting everyday including a shoulder that keeps freezing up. Anyways I highly recommend True Balance!

Tim is GREAT! ? I followed him here from the last clinic I went to and am so happy to see him set up his own shop. Absolutely love the vibe of the place, booking online is a breeze--and appreciate how much Tim knows about sports related therapies and injuries. He's really helped me recover over the last year with several deep tissue treatments. I would have left 5 stars, but it was a little tough to find the place! Heads up to the newbies: you need to drive to the back of the building and park to the left. ?

I have been seeing Tim for about a year now. He is super knowledgeable and enjoys what he does! I had a pinched nerve that was causing me a lot of pain in my shoulder, along with numbness and weakness in my arm and hand. With the correct pressure, Tim was able to help me. Also, he always takes time after my massage to go through stretches that I can do at home. Can’t thank you enough for today!

Tim St John is the man. I followed him from the first wellness clinic he was at in Cambridge. By far the best deep tissue massage around. He holds extensive knowledge on the body and how it functions, both muscular and neurological wise.His prices are par with industry standard but the service is beyond professional, I consider Tim a friend for all his help in holding me together during my injury.
